We were lucky that they have given us the room with partial view. We all loved it. Booked for the king studio only with the city view I think(did not have the choice as other options were quite expensive) And not just the view, we also had the spa. My daughter loved it.

The manager of the hotel, the dear man - Graham - a unique personality: his approach to hotel guests, his professionalism, his presence at the right time and in the right place, sets a personal example for his employees. And so in direct consequence, his wonderful team functions: with a smile from the first moment you arrive at the reception and present with you every moment during your stay at the hotel. Even in the good times and especially in the hard times!!! With you and for you all the way. They simply gave peace of mind and complete security before and during the cyclone - Gabriel. I am so proud and happy that I chose this hotel while in Napier. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart friends. I highly recommend the most beautiful, high-quality and hospitable hotel I have ever met during my travels around the world.

Location suited us due to spending the day at Splash Planet. The staff were friendly and helpful from booking to checking out. The rooms were nicely presented and clean, and outside was maintained and tidy. Wonderful stay and would happily return.

Great central location, Fibre Internet and TV (Which my son loved). All the amenities we needed. Extremely comfortable and great value. Off street parking for several cars. Only a few minutes from Splash Planet. Tim (the owner) even popped by to see if everything was ok. Our first visit to Hastings which we really enjoyed, would recommend this place to anybody wanting a nice comfortable house to stay at while there. Overall, 9.5/10.

We got into Hastings early as we were guna go to Splash planet but it was forced to close because of the weather. The people in the hotel got our room ready very fast so we didn't have to wonder in the pouring rain!
