This is a mansion from 1920 or so , this is an incredible place, the owner takes care of you from A to Z. Breakfast very very good in a nice room. Really thanks and really recommend this hotel

The room was huge—almost as big as our whole apartment back home. The bed was large and incredibly warm and comfy. The breakfast was fabulous, with a great selection of food available on the buffet. The staff were helpful.

Great option for a family of 4. Well appointed room with everything we needed. Very clean and tidy. The heated floor in the bathroom was a very nice addition for a winter trip to Dunedin. Great location to walk to Forsyth Barr Stadium.
