The manager of the hotel, the dear man - Graham - a unique personality: his approach to hotel guests, his professionalism, his presence at the right time and in the right place, sets a personal example for his employees. And so in direct consequence, his wonderful team functions: with a smile from the first moment you arrive at the reception and present with you every moment during your stay at the hotel. Even in the good times and especially in the hard times!!! With you and for you all the way. They simply gave peace of mind and complete security before and during the cyclone - Gabriel. I am so proud and happy that I chose this hotel while in Napier. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart friends. I highly recommend the most beautiful, high-quality and hospitable hotel I have ever met during my travels around the world.

Would love to have been able to get into the ground to have...

Would love to have been able to get into the ground to have a look at the outfield but, unlike a few other test grounds around NZ, this one was all locked up. Assume this is because it is also a rugby ground.
