A fantastic hotel stay from start to finish. The room was clean, spacious, and well equipped, and the buffet breakfast offered an excellent variety. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again.

I really appreciated the service provided by the night receptionist. We arrived around 11 p.m. after a long road trip, and he was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was 10/10. Rooms and Reception area were very clean and presentable, breakfast was adequate and the staff were very welcoming and friendly especially Tai who was very helpful as I had a infant with me. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The stay itself was a pleasure, but more than that, the exceptional, extremely friendly staff made this stay one we will never forget. Right from the start we were greeted so kindly and they even helped us get to the spa in Taupo. At this point, my mother and I would like to say thank you again! :) Taupo was a highlight of our New Zealand trip! :)
