The building is old and beautiful. It's kept clean and well maintained. The room is clean and nice. Views are amazing. The staff is friendly and professional. We had to leave early on our first morning there to catch the train (before the hotel breakfast time). But they cooked breakfast for us earlier. It was so nice of them.

from start to finish everything was wonderful, the staff, rooms and facilities are excellent, beds are very comfy and all the staff go above and beyond and the breakfast is the best I’ve had in New Zealand
