We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The afternoon cakes and coffee/ hot chocolate was such a blessing for hungry children! The food in general was delicious. And the rooms were lovely and comfortable. I don’t often go back to the same place, but here I would. Highly recommend.

Actually enjoyed. Very good value for money. Some nice historic vibes as originally the hotel is a reconstruction from real mill. Room was spacious, very cozy, heating worked absolutely fine. Comfortable bed, nice shower with good water pressure. In my room, coffee machine and kettle were provided with some coffee and tee. There was also ironing desk and iron, just in case. Decent wi-fi signal without any issue. Lovely team at the reception, very positive. I was lucky to have the room ready by arrival, although I came too early before check-in time. Luggage storage is available free of charge. Really good breakfast which is served in the same restaurant Egon which is connected to the hotel. And restaurant itself is good, too - fast service, delicious meals. Recommend to try the trout and fish soup. And juicy IPA beer :) Very convenient location, liked it a lot. In general, strongly recommended.

The hotel is extremely well located between the railway and bus stations but is very quiet. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. We have stayed here quite a few times, usually for one night

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at hafjell hotell. In our opinion this hotel exceeds their 3 stars. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the room was comfortable and clean. We were pleased with the proximity of the hotel to lilleputthammer and our son was very happy with the access to Leo's Lekeland after hours. We all enjoyed breakfast provided and loved the many intimate dining areas to sit. We won't hesitate to recommend Hafjell to anyone visiting Norway or Lillehammer

A perfect location for families, right beside both Lekeland and Lilleputthammer and all guests get free entrance into Lekeland from 6-9pm. Restaurant, reception area and public sitting room library were all very nice and clean - as well our room was well kept.
