If you are just looking for somewhere to sleep for one night, this is probably not the place for you, unless you have business at Teuge Airport. If you are looking to spend a romantic time with your loved one and/or you are an aviation enthusiast, this is the perfect place for you. Make sure have plenty of time, or best spend 2 nights, in order to enjoy all the amenities of this one of a kind 'hotel'! Marjan is the perfect host. She even brought my breakfast in the evening (for the fridge), because I had an early start the next day for a flight out of AMS. Unfortunately I was alone on a business trip with not nearly enough time. I will definitely return, with more time and in company. Note: Traffic between Amsterdam and Teuge between 7.00 and 9.00 and between 15.00 and 18.00 is crazy so plan accordingly. You definitely need a car. There are plenty of car rentals available at AMS Airport. There is a restaurant for dinner called 'Take Off' at Teuge Airport that can also easily reached on foot.

The hotel is really first class. The room was located in the new wing on the 2nd floor. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The complete breakfast is served on a large plate per person. The location is fabulous with a view over the River IJssel. The little ferry brings you to the other banks where you can enter the historical town of Deventer. The so called 'living' is the nicest place in the hotel.

The River Suites is situated in Deventer, 15 km from Foundation Theater and Conference Hanzehof and 18 km from Paleis 't Loo. This 4-star hotel offers room service and free WiFi.

The suite was really really amazing! The best place I ever stayed at. We initially booked the other suite, but they gave us an upgrade to the river suite. The view on the Ijssel was amazing, the room is so big and the bath is wonderful. I would truly recommend everybody to stay here. You are in the city center already and Deventer is a very cute city.

Located at the opposite of the Lebunius Church and 200 metres from Deventer city centre, Grand Boutique Hotel-Restaurant Huis Vermeer features individually decorated rooms.

Perfect location overlooking the beautiful Grote Kerkhof playing exquisite Carillion concerts during the daytime + a fun artisanal market. We stayed in the Royal Suite, one of the most beautiful rooms in which we've ever stayed - It was Banker Vermeer's Master Bedroom suite, a lovely sunny room decorated in golden yellow, overlooking the square - it even had a tiny balcony. Very friendly & efficient staff: restaurant staff doubling as Receptionists, Dining room is original, still furnished with Banker Vermeer's 18C paintings.
