Everything! Firstly, it is the location. it's just 2-3 min from the train station if you manage to use the exit of the right direction. And it's just 10min walk to the old town. Secondly, everyone staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making you feel like a VIP there. Their attitudes were perfect. They remembered you and tried their best to accommodate to your needs. Really appreciate that. Thirdly, the check in and out was speedy and comfortable. There was a generous welcome drink too:) Fourthly, the interior and exterior were exquisite. Lastly, the room was spacious and clean with a large comfortable bed and pillows .

The room was very comfy, had everything I needed. I loved the old-fashioned radiator and windows which could be opened, so it was easy to adjust the room temperature. The bed was very comfortable and the shower and bathroom perfect. There was a kettle which is important for me. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal in a beautiful street 5 minutes from the train station and the centre of Zwolle. No car needed.
