Beautifully decorated hotel on the canal, staff were just lovely, with the resident two cats the hotel has a much more personal feel to it than others I have stayed in. After the hustle and bustle of the city this is an oasis of calm to retreat to.

The property is beautiful. The staff is so warm and welcoming, the breakfast is amazing. The beds are so comfortable. It is clearly a luxury hotel!

Everything about the staff was amazing. The check-in and check out. The staff there helped me get on the taxi and took care of my breakfast when the restaurant was closed for random reason. Props to them, and i would highly recommand the hostel if you like comfort and peace.

Location of the hotel is amazing ,few meters away from Ruks museum and very nicely connected to tram station Staff was extremely nice and helpful especially Mia ,they very patiently helped with information, plates when we ordered food from outside
