Amazing location. Very central and easy and short distance to walk to Petronas twin towers and shopping mall. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Amazing facility for families with kid pool and bigger pool at the same place. Plus infinity roof pool was amazing with best view.

The Hotel has everything you need, a comfortable room, swimming pool, restaurant, an excellent breakfast, a beautiful view of the city with the Petronas towers. The staff is great, the manager, receptionists and cleaning staff, thanks to all of them, the best of this 4 month trip.

Great place to stay. Everything was good and staff was excellent and friendly. I’ve never been in a hotel that is located on the shopping mall but it was quite convenient. You also have connection to the metro station.

the rooms were so big and clean. I loved the lobby too and the breakfast buffet was enormous. the staff was amazing. I asked for a recommendation for a night market and they sent us to one that had mostly local visitors and it was so awesome. I also got my room upgraded which was unexpected but very welcome. I am still appreciative of that.
