A beautiful hotel, old world charm. Plenty of options with restaurants, bars within the hotel but also within walking distance. Amazing view with a fabulous pool in the heritage wing. The staff were absolutely fabulous, so friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and attention to detail is awesome. Hair salon on site was great and a tailor too was great.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. - small pool, but I was lucky to use it by my own due to less guests outside the tourist season I suppose - I was lucky to be upgraded from a single to a double room for the same price - spacious bathroom - location close to the heart of George Town and boutique cafés
