I recently stayed at EQ Hotel for 10 nights, and my experience was excellent overall. The room was exceptionally clean, with impeccable room service that made my stay comfortable. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, adding to the overall experience. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. One of the standout features was the hotel's restaurants, café, and bar. Each provided excellent food and drinks at reasonable prices, so I didn’t feel the need to go out or order from outside. The reception staff were helpful and kind, and I want to give a special mention to Deputy Manager Kai. He was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. He assisted me multiple times and ensured my check-in process was fast and smooth at the beginning of my trip. Although I wasn’t granted a late check-out, I understand it was due to the holiday season and high occupancy. Overall, my stay was convenient, comfortable, and perfect. I highly recommend EQ Hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Everything was absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredible, so friendly and nothing was too much bother for them. Absolutely faultless ! Would 100% recommend staying here. Location was also great, only about a 20 min walk to the Petronas towers and main hub. A fabulous place to stay !

A wonderful hotell with fantastic views. From the moment you set foot in the Hotel from the moment we checked out the level of customer service was flawless. Close to Bukit Bintang and the closest MRT station was less than a 5 minute walk. The facilities are fantastic. The pool on level 51 was impressive and the adjacent sky deck was a nice experience. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a large choice of Indian, Asian and Western food. The suites was large and had every appliances you need. The view from the living room was fantastic, especially at night. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The value is definitely good. Paying a bit lesser than what you spend on a nice hotel. Didn't get the chance to use the facilities so I won't comment. Beds are comfortable and I think amenities are usually provided. The location was great, being walkable distance to Berjaya Times Square and Lot. It's a longer walk to the Pavillion but it's doable

"I had a wonderful one-night stay at the Berjaya Times Square serviced apartment. The room was very nice and modern. I really liked the bathtub and shower in the bathroom, as well as the hot water facility. The room had a microwave, plate, television, and good WiFi connection. Although there was no food service, it was not a problem as there was a food court on the LG floor. The check-in process on the ground floor was also very easy and fast. And, the swimming pool on the 15th floor was amazing! Overall, it was a great experience."

Very good experience. Nice hotel, a little old furniture but good value for money. The hotel is located above the large Berjaya Times Square shopping mall and is just a stone's throw from Bukit Bintang. The Imbu monorail station is at the foot of the hotel. The pool is great, it's a huge shame it closes at 7:00 p.m. A later closing would allow you to enjoy the swimming pool with the view of the Petronas. The welcome was excellent, I thank Munir who is very welcoming and professional.

This 2nd time I staying at Ceria, and everything is just as satisfying as before. Location is excellent, convenient for taking taxis, catching the train, or walking around. There are plenty local restaurants nearby, LalaPort Mall right across the street, Berjaya Times Square behind, or 15 min walk then you can reach Jalan Alor area, which is more food to explore there. This hotel as always very clean and cozy, pleasant interior that makes my stay comfortable. The staff friendly, housekeeping is done daily.
