The price did not match my expectation - because it was much better than I was expecting with an amazing view! :) We loved the room, the hotel had a great vibe, the location was central and safe, an easy walk to museums and parks. The staff and the concierge desk were fantastic and even helped us book a table at Ticuchi restaurant nearby which was not available online, such great food and an amazing experience.

The hotel is in the middle of the old town, everything in the historic centre is walking distance. Hotel guests can enjoy a 3-hour free walking tour which was really informative, we learned s lot about CDMX. To top it off the hotel offers free food and drinks 24 hours, perfect gor guests coming from Europe who have their mealtimes a bit mixed up due to the different timezone. During our departure our driver could not reach the hotel due to some demonstrations and therefore closed streets. In a heartbeat the staff organized 2 rikshas to take us and our luggage (4 people-3 week trip through Mexico) to the place where the driver was waiting. A staffmember accompanied us, to make sure we were ok. That is what we call excellent service. (We have stayed in a lot of top class, large, small and as well charming hotels all over the world, therefore have some experience)

Best view over the Zocalo. Staff is extremely helpful. Abraham the bellboy is the BEST advertising the hotel can wish for , when he greet visitants at the entrance, Food on the covered / open terrasse restaurant is vey tasty & at reasonable price. I highly recommend the red snapper / Huachinango. It's a joy to be served by Humberto the waiter. Last but not least please use their Taxi service - José Manuel (Pepe) the driver knows his way thru the city & will pick you up right on time, if you have such an agreement with him.

Everything was perfect. Price to value to location was magnificent. Air-con worked well, rooms very clean and were cleaned every day, beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacy and comfortable, polite and professional staff, breakfast was generally OK, wifi worked well.

Great location and it was a nice spacious flat, staff were very friendly. The apartment is as it looked in the pictures and there was also a washer/dryer in the apartment. We could leave out baggage for free on our final day. There was a staff member and security guard on the door 24 hours a day. Close to lots of shops/restaurants etc and near the Angel of Independence and Chapultepec park.
