Stayed in 6 different hotels on a 10 day road trip in Morocco and Riad Rihana was by far the best on every level. All staff working at the hotel were fantastic, genuinely welcoming and friendly. We felt completely at home and nothing was too much bother, everything done with smiles and laughs. Big shout out to Zachary who took us on a guided walk up the gorge which we loved. Zachary was funny, friendly, considerate and very informative about the area and history of the Berber people. He also built a small fire and brewed up some delicious thyme tea, our favourite tea of the trip. When we returned from our hike another lovely member of staff (sorry, forgotten your name!) brought delicious chilled juice to our room, so kind and thoughtful! The decor was fresh, new in a pleasant rustic style. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable with an amazing view from the balcony. The restaurant was very cosy and there is also a lovely terrace to eat outside with those fantastic views. The food was delicious and the breakfast was the best of all we had on our 10 day trip. Nice wine and beer served in restaurant or to your room. Loved the Dades Valley area and Riad Rihana is perfectly located to explore it. Will definitely be staying here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Grand Canyon Lodge. What a warm welcome in this new and comfortable lodge. The Lodge is really very comfortabel, with traditional interior, a lot of space, nice roofterras overlooking the oase. All brandnew and you really feel at home. The full breakfast was excellent, also the dinner in the nice restaurant. The 9 rooms are big and comfortable and well equipped. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. We thank the staff for this pleasant stay. We can recommend this accommodation to everybody. You will be impressed.

If I could give 11 out of 10, I would. Best price-value rating ever. Don't expect a 5 star hotel of course, but you will get an authentic Berber experience, like if you live there. The place is run by the whole family, such amazing people, from the owner and his wife to all their kids always smiling and willing to help. The outstanding food, the real Berber way, will amaze you! The place is marvelous, climbing on the rock over the river oasi, with a great view on the valley. Very clean!

The riad is a wonderful berber house. Perfect location to visit Dades Gorges, very nice staff, big and clean room. Highly recommended.
