We stayed here for the first two nights upon arriving in Sri Lanka and could not recommend it more. It was perfect for relaxing and recuperating after our long flight before heading off to explore more of the island. The hotel sent a complimentary chauffeur who was there to collect us at arrivals (and our flight was over an hour delayed!). From arrival, all the staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly. One of us has a severe allergy to coconut and peanuts and all the hotel staff were so accommodating and were even able to prepare traditional Sri Lankan food without any coconut. The room was spotless and spacious with excellent air conditioning and a very large bed for sleeping off the jet lag. The staff were also so helpful in organising transfers/activities/restaurant recommendations. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Sri Lanka.

The accomodation was beautiful and pleasant. The owners were really nice and hospitable. Very delicious food was served. Our plane arrived early but they managed it without any problem. We highly recommend this accomodation.:)

Very very clean, very good breakfast with choice between srilankan or western, organised me taxi or tuktuk at any time without delay, helped me in any way I asked for and superclean. So well isolated walls and windows that you are not disturbed while resting, reading or sleeping from the noise of the starting airplanes. I am 66 years old, from Austria.

Wonderful trip to see a variety of Indigenous bird & other...

Wonderful trip to see a variety of Indigenous bird & other wildlife. It’s an early start & worth setting the alarm to be collected from your accommodation & arrive early in the cooler part of the day. Our 2 guides were very friendly & proud of their lagoon; keen to impart their knowledge of the ecosystem and names of each bird, reptile & mammal spotted. I was sad to see some plastic waste in places whuc the guide assured us would be taken care of. Wondered whether instead of motorised boats, there could be a call for a more environmentally & quieter boat with a paddle instead of a 2 stroke engine. I suppose the wide distance needed to be covered to view the different variety of wildlife would be difficult to achieve in the 2 hours time allocated for the trip. Thank you for a great trip.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for our first 2 nights. It's set in a quiet back street not far from negombo lagoon and fish markets with a nice garden. Renuka made us feel at home and was a wonderful host. She helped us get tuk tuks, drivers, plan our itinerary, fed us a yummy breakfast and more.
