This was the best hotel I stayed during my trip to south east Asia. All of the staff was perfect ! Always trying to do their best so we had an incredible time in Cambodia. The hotel is very clean, the washroom is well equipped and there is hot water with good pressure. The pool was clean too. The hotel restaurant has good choices for the usual "tourist price", there are 4 options for breakfast. The staff is super helpful and can arrange anything from a massage to a tour with relatively low profit compared to ordering straight from the providers. The receptionists were super helpful with any issues and questions. All is well documented and organised, you will always get a receipt. Amazing value for the price. If we ever come to Cambodia again, we will consider coming back.

Angkor Wat

This epic temple is so revered in Cambodia it appears on the country’s flag. Built during the 12th-century heyday of the Khmer Empire, it was first dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu before becoming a Buddhist temple. In terms of size and complexity, you can’t help but be bowled over by its barrage of giant moats, steep walls and lofty beehive-like towers.

Wonderful site.

Wonderful site. The biggest and best preserved relic of that era hundreds of years ago. Most of the time one can escape the crowds and have some moments of peace, especially away from the center of the site.

This is an amazing place that should be visited several times. The government managed tourist pass can cover three days which provides access to the temple area of Seim Reap. I recommend a first visit with a government registered guide. Then return on later days to wander and really immerse yourself in the history. Make sure your camera is ready to take a lot of photos because you will find yourself snapping shots very quickly and often.

Choose a sun rise tour.

Choose a sun rise tour. I would recommend to get a 3 day pass. Day one go for a short circuit sun rise tour. Day 2 go for a long circuit guided tour. On the day 3, rent a bike and explore the place yourselves.

Heartfelt hospitality. Helpful support with booking, planning, and organizing tours to Angkor Wat and the Elephant Sanctuary. Massages can be booked and are done directly at the hotel. If you order lunch and dinner, it will be served on your private terrace. Everything is wonderful for relaxation. Very clean. Lovely typical Cambodian architecture (wood), totally quiet, private clean pool, everything well-maintained in midst nature. About 5 Minutes by tuktuk to city.

The staff were the best we have ever experienced and the hotel was incredibly beautiful with trees and stunning black and white pics of Angkor Wat. Again the Staff were all exceptional and a highlight of the stay. They went out of their way to look after us and make us feel special. They arranged a complimentary transfer from our old hotel to theirs and also gave us a complimentary dinner and gave us Christmas gifts Sa Ve was our butler and was very attentive.

The hotel and its facilities were very nice overall. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help and answer questions. The pool was great for cooling off after a day exploring Angkor Wat. Very close to everything! (Angkor Wat, PubStreet, Night Market, Old Market). The restaurant across the street was very, very cheap and delicious! The area was very safe.

A very nice and clean hotel with thoughtful touches such as afternoon tea with waffles and house-dried teas (ginger, pandan, lemongrass). The room was comfortable with a window and a clean bathroom, and the pickup service was excellent. We also really appreciated the personalized service with a dedicated contact person at reception—special thanks to Anita and to Mr. Oeun, our tuk-tuk driver, who waited for us at Angkor Wat even though our bus arrived later than expected.

The rooftop pool and the bar are just amazing! You have free drinking water. The rooms are clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Its convenient location makes exploring Angkor Wat and the rest of the city incredibly easy. Overall, it’s a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and warm Cambodian hospitality—highly recommended!

Do take a guided tour of the temples but not with Siem Reap Shuttle Tours - such an amazing place to visit with so much to learn and discover...shame we had the tour guide from "I don't like you because you won't buy the expensive lunch on offer" so he from then on hardly spoke to us! Incredibly rude and spoilt what should have been one of our best explorations. Out of eight people on the tour we were the only two to stick it out till the end as we only had the one day to see as much as we could...we then had to watch many programmes on Angkor Wat to find out what we had just seen! A big shame.
