Amazing, warm and welcoming staff from the moment you step foot in the property till you leave again. Rooms are great, new and beautifully decorated with a wonderful pool in the middle to top it off. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Siem Reap!

This hotel is of exceptionally high quality. The thing that stood out the most for me was the staff — they are genuinely kind and incredible people. Seeing their warm smiles every day was both inspiring and uplifting. Having everything within easy reach — from the cozy bed to delicious food and the refreshing pool — added an amazing level of comfort and made my stay truly enjoyable

The staff was super friendly, helpful, welcoming and polite. They really care about the guests and make us feel very comfortable. The location is excellent! The rooms were spacious and clean, the swimming pool was really nice. The whole hotel is clean. They provide cold towels and tea at the reception which is a very nice touch. They also gave us a parting gift which is very thoughtful of them. We loved the cats that hanged out by the pool and the staff seem to respect them, which is great! We would definitely come back and recommend

Angkor Wat

This epic temple is so revered in Cambodia it appears on the country’s flag. Built during the 12th-century heyday of the Khmer Empire, it was first dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu before becoming a Buddhist temple. In terms of size and complexity, you can’t help but be bowled over by its barrage of giant moats, steep walls and lofty beehive-like towers.

Wonderful site.

Wonderful site. The biggest and best preserved relic of that era hundreds of years ago. Most of the time one can escape the crowds and have some moments of peace, especially away from the center of the site.

This is an amazing place that should be visited several times. The government managed tourist pass can cover three days which provides access to the temple area of Seim Reap. I recommend a first visit with a government registered guide. Then return on later days to wander and really immerse yourself in the history. Make sure your camera is ready to take a lot of photos because you will find yourself snapping shots very quickly and often.

Choose a sun rise tour. I would recommend to get a 3 day pass. Day one go for a short circuit sun rise tour. Day 2 go for a long circuit guided tour. On the day 3, rent a bike and explore the place yourselves.

Had a great stay at Memoire Siem Reap Hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They also helped us book both the Small Tour and Grand Tour for Angkor Wat, which made our trip much easier. Breakfast was good, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Siem Reap.

The hotel's location is really great. The street is quite quiet, yet you're only a 5-minute walk from the center. There's a restaurant and bar on the street, and the restaurant is great. The receptionist was very nice, we had a free pick-up from the bus station, and she even arranged a tuk-tuk to Angkor Wat and then to the airport, all without any problems.

Incredible deal. It was a last minute booking (on the bus on the way to Siem Reap), but they were still able to pick me up at the bus station (for free). The staff were the highlight of the hotel, special thanks to Kim, Liza, Both, Moch, Hourt. They were kind and attentive and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel was not located in the city center, but was reachable by tuktuk. We were able to organize a trip to Angkor Wat and the surrounding temples with one of the rickshaws parked out front, and he gave us a good price.

The Jungle Hotel in Siem Reap is such a charming and refreshing place to stay! The atmosphere is wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery that truly lives up to its name. The rooms are clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Its convenient location makes exploring Angkor Wat and the rest of the city incredibly easy. Overall, it’s a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and warm Cambodian hospitality—highly recommended!

Excellent location, very close to Angkor Wat. The hotel organizes everything for you, from the airport pickup to the tour at Angkor Wat. It's super clean, beds are very comfy and the shower is great. The food at the restaurant is particularly good, specially the Cambodian specialities. Since we visited in rainy season we spent most of the time at the hotel and we are very grateful we had everything we needed at the hotel.

the pool is spectacular, the pool bar great, (any cocktail 2.5$) and the food excellent. We had twin deluxe room with pool view for 5 nights. Very nice. Of course, we saw Angkor Wat and the Kulen Waterfall but the rest of the time we were happily staying in our hotel and going out in. the night in the well organised and clean centre with a decent nightlife. I live in Bangkok since 3 years and I regret not having discovered Cambodia earlier. I also recommend Luang Prapang in Laos.

The view from the room of the pool was really pretty, room size was absolutely massive and so nice to have peace and quiet after a few weeks of hostels. Lovely hotel for a lovely stay.

Do take a guided tour of the temples but not with Siem Reap Shuttle Tours - such an amazing place to visit with so much to learn and discover...shame we had the tour guide from "I don't like you because you won't buy the expensive lunch on offer" so he from then on hardly spoke to us! Incredibly rude and spoilt what should have been one of our best explorations. Out of eight people on the tour we were the only two to stick it out till the end as we only had the one day to see as much as we could...we then had to watch many programmes on Angkor Wat to find out what we had just seen! A big shame.
