I can confidently say that, in comparison to the other Citadines in Asia, this has been one of the best stays I've experienced. Everything exceeded my expectations. The refillable water machine available for guests and the residents' lounge are wonderful additions – thank you for providing that. The location, room, and Wi-Fi are all great. For those in Osaka seeking a clean, spacious room and excellent hotel facilities, do consider staying here. Thank you for everything, everyone! Hopefully, I can come back again in the future.

The Location was perfect and nearby to local markets and metro station. The Staff were so attentive and so caring, we felt like home. Having travelled all over the world in different hotels but the hospitality here was at a different level. I had stayed here between 12th of June to 15th of June. Family of 3, we are a couple with a son who was wheelchair bound and the staff was extremely caring for our needs. Will definitely be on my stay list for any future visits to Osaka.

It was spacious for one person. I think it'll also be good for two. The fridge has a freezer so you can keep icecream frozen if needed. I like that there's a bathtub, the cleanliness, simplicity yet functional apartment. It's just a minute walk to Ebisucho, convenient if you want access to Tsutenkaku, Dendentown or Namba. I took a stroll at night from Namba through Dendentown back to the apartment during autumn, it was nice.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to Tsutenkaku Tower, restaurants, convenience stores, train stations, and shopping district. It's a bonus that they have washing machine in each room and dryer at the lobby.

Good location and within walking distance of Tsutenkaku Tower, less than 15 minutes on the Metro to Dotonbori which is great for exploring the city. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with nice amenities. Check in is managed by a hosting agency who are nice and provide good information on getting to the property, how to get into Osaka and more. Good amount of storage space for clothes and bags, but big suitcases won't fit in the wardrobe or cupboard.

The house is very close to the subway; Ebisucho Station. It takes less than a minute of walking to reach the subway exit/entrance. The place is also very easy to find. Convenience stores are plentiful around the house. It only takes a few minutes of walking to reach Tsutenkaku Tower, and you can even see the tower from the house. The host responded very quickly to all inquiries.
