The room was price worth, clean and beautiful view. The check-out staffs were so helpful, especially Bell-girl(?) named Satou-san. She helped me with my luggage. I have this business with the Korean Consulate in the same building in the morning, so I have to deposit(?) my luggage in hotel, and then I need to sent my luggage after because the changing plans and all of these with Satou-san's help. Her work motivations, clearly got me. Will be stay here again in the future.

I loved my stay here! The hotel is in an excellent location, just minutes from the Niigata station. The room was great and had good amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful and really helped me organise my trip. The onsen facilities here are amazing- I loved visiting them in the evenings! Amazing stay and I would 100% book again if staying in the area.
