The room was price worth, clean and beautiful view. The check-out staffs were so helpful, especially Bell-girl(?) named Satou-san. She helped me with my luggage. I have this business with the Korean Consulate in the same building in the morning, so I have to deposit(?) my luggage in hotel, and then I need to sent my luggage after because the changing plans and all of these with Satou-san's help. Her work motivations, clearly got me. Will be stay here again in the future.

It was like staying in a fancy 80s hotel at a backpackers price! The concierge walked me to the check-in and a porter carried my bags to the room, quite amazing for 5000-ish yen a night. The room was much bigger than in a modern hotel, it had proper timber furniture and there was a real bathroom with tiles and marble. The lobby is quite dazzling. It is a ten-minute walk to downtown with a peaceful path along the river in the other direction. I would go back in a heartbeat, I could even imagine living there!

Just a 4-minute walk from JR Niigata Station, Juraku Stay Niigata is a business hotel. Free WiFi is available throughout the entire property.

There is a good breakfast buffet, and the hotel is near Niigata JR station. I had a comfortable stay for 6 days. Staffs are very helpful.
