Rooms are renovated in Japanese style and I loved it. Views are impressive. Taken the first coffee facen the Fuji in your room is a total experience. The staff was so nice. And I highly recommend the dinner in the hotel!!!

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at. The view of Mount Fuji is absolutely phenomenal from every space in the hotel. The staff are wonderful and helpful and so kind. The building, the room, and the facilities are all perfect. Being able to watch the sunrise and sunset of Mount Fuji from your bed is such a wonderful experience. We were lucky and able to book the private rooftop onsen for our 1 night stay, and it was amazing. The breakfast was great and, of course, also came with an amazing view of Mount Fuji, The free bike rentals and the shuttle were wonderful bonuses.

The room is very spacious and spotlessly clean! Apart from the bed, there is a large living area connecting with the outdoor patio where you can enjoy breakfast (delivered to the door in a wooden basket!) with direct views of Mount Fuji. Every “ room” is in reality a little villa exclusively to yourselves and it’s really good value for money. The location is easy for travellers not driving like us. It’s a 5-minute walk from Kawaguchi station (main train station in the area). The okonomiyaki restaurant literally right opposite is very delicious. There’s on-site self-service laundry. Staff is very friendly and helpful 👍🏻
