I can confidently say that, in comparison to the other Citadines in Asia, this has been one of the best stays I've experienced. Everything exceeded my expectations. The refillable water machine available for guests and the residents' lounge are wonderful additions – thank you for providing that. The location, room, and Wi-Fi are all great.
