The location is placed at a very convenient area, near entertainment center. Brand new hotel which serves best services, nice attitude from managers to staffs. They’re always looking for a way improvement, especially while we’ve stayed at 12F the guy who could speak very well at English, on beside of way carefully cleaning our room made us pleased, was guided us enthusiastic what to do and where to go around, really appreciate it. This hotel was incredible, from the room, to the friendly and helpful staff, to its location. This is an example of a 10/10 hotel.

Superb very friendly staff, even went the extra and gave early check in (around 11am). Free tea, coffee and soft drink in the lounge area every day. Art works all through the hotel. SPACIOUS! Our 'room' had sleeping room (King bed), sitting area with couch and desk, toilet, wash area, and separate bath/shower room - huge by any standard but especially so by typical Japanese hotel rooms. Short walks to main attraction areas.
