We had a fantastic stay. The location was great with a lot of areas accessible on foot or by taxi/metro (we love to walk!). Our room was spacious, impeccably clean and overall had great design / amenities The cafe / lounge was more than pleasant and the restaurant and breakfast was way beyond our expectations with a lot of attention and skill as much in the kitchen as with the service. We had great value for our money and Highly recommend Zentis Osaka !

The location is a few minutes walk from Shin Osaka station and close to all the restaurants in the area which is very convenient. The free public bath and night time soba was a big bonus and really helped to recover from a long day of exploring.

Pleasant surprise from Kyoto. The hotel is very close to Shin Osaka Station. The room is spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. There is free traditional soup served between 10-11 every night and free warm/hot beverages/coffee throughout the day.

The location is superb for our 3 nights stay in Osaka. Just a few minutes from Shin Osaka station and metro station. Easy connection to downtown and to Kansai airport. The rooms are not too big but very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.
