Location is very good…not too far from Nagoya station. Our room faces the small park in front, so it was really nice to look out into the trees. Staff were nice and polite. And it was easy to find food.

It's refreshing to see a large room in Japan. Very modern and simple but comfortable in every way. There are 2 kinds of pillow which really is so great. The room is always clean but the only disappointment is that when I went back to my room at around 10 am because I need to work and I went out at around 3:30pm they informed me that their cleaners are only until 3pm so my room was not cleaned that day.
