The room was very spacious. There was both a conventional bedroom with western style beds and a tatami mat room with foutons. The living room and kitchen were very well stocked, very large. The location is amazing, a short walking distance from odawara station and right in front of osaka castle. Would definitely recommend this place.

Top location, top facilities and top staff! Apartment is very nicely renovated, clean, well equipped and spacious. We were not used to futon beds but we knew that we would get that before we booked. Takes practicing :) Staff was super friendly and polite and explained the usage of the facilities to us. Odawara castle is in sight, bathed in sunrise. We think that the apartment is nicer than the ryokan in Hakone!

The hotel was in an idyllic location on a picturesque river. The hotel had its own Onsen and foot bath that were incredibly relaxing. The service was first class and the staff were very helpful and assisted without shuttle requirements to Gora and Odawara stations. The room was incredible as was the restaurant!

Excellent hotel by the Lake Ashi. Free shuttle bus to/from Odawara Station and Motohakone where you can take a 10 mins walk to Hakone Shrine, Torii of Peace and catch the Sight Seeing Cruise. Had 4 beds in our room, still felt spacious. Very clean - perfect for family stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choice.

The Onsen was really beautiful, I would say it was one of the best on our trip around Japan. We opted for half board and found the meals to be of good quality and plentiful. The shuttle bus from the Odawara station was a great help.

Spacious rooms, generous dinner portions and two different types of onsens (indoors and outdoors) made this an ideal getaway from the fast paced cities of Japan. Only a walk away from the cable car and well connected with a bus to other points of interest and Odawara Station rendered the location convenient.

Very good and clean onsen. Room was big and spacious. The open-air bathtub is cool. View from the lobby is amazing when weather is good, and location is close to the Hakone ropeway and lake Ashi. The hotel provide shuttle from the hotel to Odawara station.

The private onsens in the rooms are exceptional! Lovely location to relax and unwind. The staff were also very helpful in helping us book a taxi to Odawara station as we had too much luggage to get the bus and train.
