Amazing hotel with outstanding service! We were here on our honeymoon and the staff at desk upgraded our stay and also left a very thoughtful celebration card & sweets in the room. Spotless clean, great amenities and a short walk to Namba station. Very convenient lication. Very nice staff. Drinks bar is excellent, aswell as having dinner tables and comfortable seating. Room was spacious, and finally a proper hairdryer. Staff drove us to the bus station, very much appreciated as we didn’t have to walk with the huge suitcases. If I am back in Osaka, I’ll definitely stay there again.

Near Namba station and Dotonbori with lots of places to shop and eat. But still a quiet area, when you’re not sensitive to sounds of the nearby train (the soundproofing in both rooms I stayed were good, didn’t really notice the trains passing by). It’s my second time staying here and my family loved the hotel as well.

Great little hotel/room... self contained pretty much, kettle, mini fridge, good bathroom, coffee & green tea, desk space... (I was on 5th floor) simple but very comfortable when it's 4 degrees outside... vegan food 15 min walk away, Namba station 5-10 minutes... nice friendly helpful staff...

The location is really good, 5min walk to Namba station and dotonbori, 7/11 is right at the corner. Free coffee down stairs every morning. The apartment is new and clean. The dryer is life saving. The apartment is spacious and it’s perfect for family of 4pp.

The location is extremely convenient and is just 10 seconds as soon as you walk out from the namba station from exit 6. the surrounding area has a few convenient store (family mart) and the apartment is close to a lot of attraction like dotonburi street.

This is a fantastic capsule hotel in Namba. There is an entrance to Namba station round the corner from the hotel. Facilities are new and really clean and well maintained. Onsen facilities were lovely and also very clean. Relaxing after a day of site seeing.

The location is perfect. It is connected to Namba station directly. You can commute from airport to/fro hotel easily with luggage. It is walkable to places of interest like Dontonbori n Shinsaibashi etc. Room size is huge, and bed is comfortable.

Location is very central. Very close to Namba station which was helpful for transferring to any place in the city, including the airport. Hotel was clean and had all basic amenities in the room including a foot massager and multi point charger. Check in and check out was smooth and they have some additional toiletries in the reception area.

I stayed here for a few nights and had a great experience. The location is super convenient — just a 2-minute walk from the nearest convenience store, Dotonbori and Namba station just a 10min walk. Perfect for getting around the city easily. Communication was handled through email and the staff were quick to respond and helpful with any questions I had. The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in went smoothly. Overall, a solid choice for travelers looking for a well-located and reliable hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Great that the hotel is so close to Namba station and Dotonbori! Made walking to central locations easy. The breakfast each morning was a good mixture of continental foods (pastries, cereals, fruit, yoghurts) as well as traditional Japanese hot food. Rooms were well maintained daily and beds amazingly comfortable! Very quiet and clean throughout the hotel - a very comfortable stay. Wifi also worked great throughout the hotel.
