The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgable about transportation and places to go. I was very happy we could communicate in english very well. The concept of having board games all over the hotel was brilliant! My kids really enjoyed playing the dice games and the coin hunt. The rooms were very clean and nice. It was also great to have easy to use laundry / drying machines and a vending machines at the lobby. Finally, the location was just perfect for us. We shall return in our next tript to Osaka.

The view from our room at floor 28 was the most memorable part of our stay. The hotel is within 10 minutes walking distance from Namba Station and 15 minutes from Dotonbori area.

cosy studio apartment great for family of 3. heating works well and all amenities included.. even gave us free coffee coupons to use at Cotti Coffee on the ground floor.. walkable to Dotonbori main area about 10mins walk… also walking distance to Namba station where we took train to Nara.. 24hr paid car park beside apartment building.. everything is clean and cosy.

Great location close to Namba station. Clean and comfortable. My kids enjoyed making their own Takoyaki during the complimentary supper from 7.30-9.30pm. The hotel provides simple supper but it’s a nice touch.

About 5 minutes walk to Daikokucho subway station, 20 minutes walk to Namba, 5 minutes Uber taxi ride to Nankai Namba station. Clean and spacious. In a residential building where lobby has cctv. Uses physical key and door has security chain. In a quiet area, big supermarket LIFE is 3 minutes walk away. Good udon and ramen shops are within 10 minutes walk. Timely response to questions raised in booking.com instant messaging. Quiet, which is nice, as other residents in apartment block expect a quiet living environment.

Probably the most high tech hotel we stayed in Japan, check in machines and very easy bag storage process were a bonus. The rooms were small but with our bags stored under the bed we had plenty of space. The location is close to Osaka-Namba station and Dotonbori. Pay attention to the station exit as there are multiple exits far apart.

Location is good. Hotel is easily accessible from Namba station. Shopping streets are just short walk away from hotel. Hotel provides free drink, ice cream and ramen which my children enjoyed very much. The massage chair at the lobby is useful after a long walk exploring the city.
