Rooms are really well designed, spacious with fantastic floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city (we were upgraded to the 26th Floor) Nothing was absent: comfy beds, lovely bathroom, plenty of refreshments, excellent in room dining. Rooftop bar very nice with amazing views. Staff went out of their way to welcome us and were incredibly helpful and attentive when I had a small medical emergency. We will definitely stay there again :-)

This was my second time at 88 Shinsaibashi Hotel. I m sure I ll return as soon as possible. Room size: absolutely perfect, very big Privacy: 100% Services: Top (free soft drinks and coffee) Staff: Professionals and very kind (they speak english), helpful Position: 2 minutes walk from Namba station and Dotonbori A lot of restaurants and mini markets My favourite Hotel in Osaka! Check in and out process was also relatively smooth, also appreciated that the hotel could forward my luggage to my next hotel which was a life saver! Good location also if you want to be in the middle of everything, but hard to find a nearby subway station as a lot of the local trains don't leave from Namba station. I had asked the staff to move rooms and they were very helpful and lovely to deal with.

Amazing Five Star hotel. Excellent staff, excellent location above Namba Station. Excellent options for food. Hotel breakfast is fabulous. Great western and Japanese options. We really need western foods and this hotel delivered! We loved it all! Amenities and toiletries are fabulous and high-end. Highly recommend staying here. Right on Dotombori with district views!

This is a modern hotel with a location just a few minutes walk from Namba station. We had a stylish room that was much larger than typical for Japan. The room features a bathroom with a shower only, sitting area with table and two chairs and space for luggage. Staff were scarce as much of the check-in /checkout is self serve. No room keys, just pass codes. Breakfast buffet was included but was in a nearby building about a block away (shared with another hotel). This place was great value for money.

Location was ideal, close to Namba station. Breakfast selection although not a huge amount, was varied and the quality and staff service was excellent. Our room was very small but extremely comfortable, quiet and cosy. I am a light sleeper but I slept very well every night due to the quiet location and soundproofing. I would recommend this hotel and we would happily stay again.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and a good size for a family of 5. It was a 10 minute walk to the Namba station in a quiet street. It was fully equipped with everything we needed like a washing machine, dryer, kitchen and all other amenities. The staff also supplied us with washing liquids, toothbrushes, hairbrush etc. I had to change my check in time due to long queues at the airport and they quickly responded to me and made the changes straight away.
