Everything was perfect. Spacious room, view from room was beautiful. Comfortable bed and bathroom with shower and bathtub. Staff was very kind. Breakfast was very good with wide selection of food (Asian and European dishes) and beverages.

We got a free upgrade to an even bigger room, which was so great. The beds were so comfortable and the staff were so incredibly kind and accommodating. I had a smile on my face everytime I had to speak to anyone at reception. The hotel is located super close to Dotonburi but not so close where it feels super touristy, and was very easy to access via public transport. My husband and I loved the landry room and the vending machines on each floor - it was so nice to be able to do our laundry after 2 weeks of traveling around japan. And though we don't have kids, we were both super impressed by how kid friendly this hotel was. There was a kid's playroom and it just overall seemed very welcoming to kids. I loved this hotel and we will for sure stay here next time we go to Osaka.

Amazing friendly staff, location could not be better, short walking distance to Dotomburi, Namba, Shinsaibashi, access to train and subway stations to go everywhere. We stayed for 8 nights, making Osaka our base to visit Kyoto, Nara, Kobe and USJ. Hotel88 is in a good spot to catch trains or subway to reach all those places. The drink bar and the massage chairs were great at the end of tiring days walking around. Very comfortable bedding and pillows. It was an amazing place to stay, would stay here again anytime.

This is our second visit to the Cross Hotel in 18 months. Returning customers because of the quality of the hotel and rooms, friendly / helpful staff and location. Staff assisted us with forwarding large luggage to Kyoto which enabled a seamless 2 day trip to Hiroshima. Cross Hotel is within minutes walk of lively Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi but also Namba Station which allows easy access to Kita (north) Ward, Osaka Station, Nara, Universal Studios, the aquarium , Himeji, Kobe etc.

Everything looked new, everything was very clean. Right next to the subway or a short walk to Namba station. Plenty of shops and food outlets around. The apartment was nice and big.

Convenient Location: opposite Kintetsu-Nipponbashi station and Namba station. Convenient shops below Hotel was very helpful. Nearby many small eateries and many food options. 5 mins walk to Dotonbori (Glico running man) and food streets. Family room with a small kitchen was excellent, and very clean. Hotel provides Luggage delivery service.

Great that the hotel is so close to Namba station and Dotonbori! Made walking to central locations easy. The breakfast each morning was a good mixture of continental foods (pastries, cereals, fruit, yoghurts) as well as traditional Japanese hot food. Rooms were well maintained daily and beds amazingly comfortable! Very quiet and clean throughout the hotel - a very comfortable stay. Wifi also worked great throughout the hotel.

Amazing hotel with outstanding service! We were here on our honeymoon and the staff at desk upgraded our stay and also left a very thoughtful celebration card & sweets in the room. Spotless clean, great amenities and a short walk to Namba station. We loved our stay and will surely choose Centara again in the future, our sincere thanks to everyone at the hotel who made our trip memorable.

Amazing Five Star hotel. Excellent staff, excellent location above Namba Station. Excellent options for food. Hotel breakfast is fabulous. Great western and Japanese options. We really need western foods and this hotel delivered! We loved it all! Amenities and toiletries are fabulous and high-end. Highly recommend staying here. Right on Dotombori with district views!

This is a modern hotel with a location just a few minutes walk from Namba station. We had a stylish room that was much larger than typical for Japan. The room features a bathroom with a shower only, sitting area with table and two chairs and space for luggage. Staff were scarce as much of the check-in /checkout is self serve. No room keys, just pass codes. Breakfast buffet was included but was in a nearby building about a block away (shared with another hotel). This place was great value for money.
