The location of this hotel is fantastic, it has great access to the train station without the massive crowd. The reception staff can speak fluent English which is incredibly helpful when it's your first time in Japan. The facilities are incredibly clean. Other than the room being a little too compact, this place is fantastic.

This is the second time we have stayed here with our kids and would again. Super close walk to Nakano station, great neighborhood for dinner with no lines after a long day. Terrific supermarket a couple of minutes up the street. Room is really large lots of storage, comfortable beds, quiet. We couldn’t ask for more at a great price.
