I love the calm and Zen vibe as soon as I stepped into Waqoo! The staff were friendly and helpful. There is always someone at the lobby to help with everything, answering queries, even helping to press the button for the lift or escorting me to the breakfast area. There is personal attention given. My room was great, love the clean and tidy feel. Well thought out facilities and amenities. Love the book of Teachings of Buddha provided in the room. I tried the black silica stone for my hot bath - wow amazing! The bed was super comfy and I slept so well (best for this trip!). The shampoo and body cleanser provided smelt so good. Love the robe and Japanese outfit provided too. A lovely and perfect stay! Thank you Waqoo!
