The property was lovely and the view was also amazing. The choice of onsen made the stay at the hotel great. Extras given in the room are nice and the breakfast in delicious with a great menu using fresh ingredients. The staff are also very active to help guests.

Great onsen, amazing view, great customer service. Another amazing stay during winter, great food selection, love the rooftop onsen and its definitely amazing in the morning A lot of activities near the hotel and the frozen lake adventures definitely is a plus.

Super hotel with perfect services and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and diner. Nice view of lake Akan. Onsen and roof pool. Very reccommend !
