The hotel is very quiet, clean and the rooms are large by Japanese standards. The room has a seperate toilet from a Japanese style shower and tub room. The views of the city are nice both day and night. The lobby is located on the 7th floor and has a nice washer dryer combo that has its own soap. The hotel is located practically in the Kawagoe Train Station making it very convenient to travel to Tokyo or other parts of the metro area. Lots of convenience stores and outstanding restaurants are nearby.

Nice and clean hotel. Staffs are very kind. We wanted to see the old town street. It’s about 10 minutes away. It was very hot, so we did a night walk.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable room with separate toilet and bathroom. Breakfast was good. Convenient location with plenty of shops nearby and within walking distance to Kawagoe Station and the Street. Parking at U Place was easy access to hotel. A pleasant and comfortable stay.

Great little ryokan in the historic center of town. It is small independent inn housed in an old building which gave it lots of character. Staff were very nice and friendly. Location is within 3 to 5 mins of the historical street which is good for tourists. Excellent transport with bus stops nearby to Kawagoe Station.

Enjoyoed the experience of staying in a ryokan. The breakfast provided was nice, and it is convenient because the bus from Kawagoe station stops just outside the ryokan.

The hotel is very near to the Kawagoe Station, and it was so clean and wide. Everything was perfect, and best for our family. I will book again definitly if I visit Kawagoe again.

The location was great! The access from Kawagoe station was so easy. We did not need to use the elevator to go down stairs to walk to the hotel. The hotel was well connected to the ticket gate floor so that we had a easy access to the hotel without going up and down the floor.
