The facilities at the hotel were very clean and modern. We had a very comfortable room, and enjoyed the public (outdoor and indoor) onsens as well as the very delicious locally themed dinner and breakfast meals. We also loved the extra amenities, which include but were not limited to a variety of drinks, popsicles and an outstanding shampoo/conditioner bar. There is also a free 20 minute shuttle bus to and from Beppu Station. We were able to conveniently book this shuttle initially by contacting the hotel privately through the Booking app. Finally, the staff were extremely welcoming, kind and friendly thoughout our stay. It was hard to leave and we would definitely consider coming back in the future.

Guesthouse RETURN is a lovely two story house located in the town of Kitsuki. It was super spacious with living, dining and bedrooms. It is next to a supermarket (コスモス), so it is very easy to get items. The owner, Mr Aso, was very friendly and showed us around the town of Kitsuki in the next morning, even though it was raining. Kitsuki is a beautiful town. Thank you very much Mr Aso for the wonderful stay.

This accommodation was absolutely perfect in every way. I cannot think of any ways to improve it. The house is very large, and would suit a large group. Multiple showers and toilets, a full kitchen and dining room. On site parking, and everything was absolutely spotlessly clean. Our host was amazingly kind and welcoming, and offered great advice about our stay in Kitsuki and our visits to surrounding areas. If I ever return to North-East Kyushu again I will stay here again. Very comfortable checkin, Very nice room and it was a pleasure to spend time there. Very close to the railway station. There is a laundry nearby. Very cool bathroom.
