Location is the best, very close to Tokyo Station. The staff is very courteius and attentive. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent too.

EXCELLENT! I got a complimentary upgrade to a C level room. It was decent sized, super comfortable floor beds, delicious snacks and coffee in the room, a diffuser for which you get the fragrance when you check in, super comfortable and large bathroom, complete with a tub and separate shower. Reception were amazing - called me a taxi, kept my luggage, answered all my questions - couldn't get better than this. Bonus: the MUJI store is below you - 5 floors of goodness!
