the location is perfect esp if you plan to shop in Shibuya. the staff was very accommodating and even spoke perfect English. I had a request for a birthday cake to be delivered to my room upon check in and the staff has made everything easier for me. the view from our room was absolutely phenomenal. all in all, a very happy customer.

Just do it! maybe a little more expensive but worth every penny!! We ended out 3.5 week trip around Japan here with a few nights and it was perfect in every way. the rooms are gorgeous the roof top pool is warm enough to swim in rain or shine and the staff and food was amazing. We will definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to our friends.

The location was very central and convenient. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was big and layout in a way that people could still use the toilet while someone was showering.

The location is amazing and the hotel is very comfortable. Even though the room was small, it was very well designed so that it felt more spacious. For example, the garbage bin fit under the bed so you could slide it in there before hand. There were convenient hooks for sweaters and coats. The toilets were amazing. It was quiet in the rooms and we also liked the laundry a lot. Overall it was the best place we stayed on our trip.
