Very understanding of our jet lag when we were late to check out from oversleeping, excellent breakfast as well, staff very helpful, room comfortable and as expected, wish we'd had more opportunity to explore but we were exhausted from the flights

Convenient airport shuttle, the pickup/drop off times from each terminal are on the hotel's website. Great value for money. I checked in after the restaurants were closed but there is a little convenience store in the lobby where I could get sandwich and instant noodles. Large room and very very comfortable bed and pillows to Western standards.

The receptionist who checked me in did a really great job and was super friendly. He even spoke with me in my native language, which surprised me. The conversation with him really made my day! The room & hotel was top as the previous times I stayed before.
