Kind welcome of Matteo, Free bottle of water in the room Gorgeous breakfast with apricot croissant, small salami sandwiches, choice of fruit and special Easter attention : 2 slices of Colomba brioche. The fact that I could keep the room until 3pm, what Matteo proposed to me spontaneously, due to the fact the hotel was not very busy during this period. Hotel is close (3 mn.walk) to Metro line 1, which goes directly to Milan downtown (15 mn) No parking, but easy parking for free in the near area Meraviglie restaurant is 6 mn. walk only and it is fantastic experience. Great experience. Everything was great specially the personal touch (leaving a personal welcoming note, free gift, daily complementary water, etc), and the location was perfect, right next to the main train station.Will definitely re-book this hotel.

We really like the hotel :) a wide variety of food for breakfast, helpful staff, spacious and cosy rooms. In addition, we could like our luggage for few hours after checkout. Hotel really close both to subway and train station Milano Centrale

Loved this spot, room was cute and functional - had everything that was needed. Staff were so kind, friendly and welcoming - it felt as though you already knew them. Location was great easy walk to tram and metro station. Breakfast was yummy and coffee was amazing too. I saw a lot of remote workers there to, I'd come back for a working trip there too, great idea!!

City break The hotel is in a very good location(close to the train station and tube) for visitors to explore Milano. Beautiful and spacious rooms with comfortable bed,and well equipped with all essentials, excellent location , 5 min to the subway station Piazza Venezia. The breakfasts were delicious, fresh and everyday something new at the menu. The entire staff have been friendly, helpful and work with a smile on their faces!! Our plane arrived late at night, the team was very responsive to messages and they were kind enough to heat the room as we had requested. Loredana in particular has been exceptional. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Milano. Will be back to this place soon..!!!
