The hotel is nice, comfortable and clean. The rooms are big! There is a beautiful pool area and it’s so nice and quiet if you want to get away from all the noise! It is a bit of a drive from the main city. It’s set on a hill top but there is a lift you can take down and walk to the supermarket and some cafes. The staff are very friendly and helpful!!

While our trip began with some challenges—our flight being canceled, for example— Palazzo Esedra team’s efforts truly turned things around and made this trip a memorable experience. Although the hotel is rated 4 stars, the service we received was definitely 5-star quality. The care, attention, recommendations and assistance provided throughout our stay were exceptional! The housekeeping team, in particular, was outstanding in maintaining cleanliness and attending to every detail in our room. One suggestion I have is to consider adding more variety to the breakfast buffet, perhaps by including more vegetables. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would happily recommend your hotel to friends and family. Special thank you to Alberto and his team!!

A quality hotel in a good area, the food is great and the location is close to the markets and about 12 minutes from the airport. I arrived at the hotel through booking and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the wonderful staff (who helped me get to the best restaurants, special observation points and it's so fun to talk with them, there's always a good atmosphere). On my last day I had a flight in the evening and check out was until 11:00 am, Anna (from the staff) offered to keep things until I needed to go, spend time in the pool and even access to their crazy spa and at no extra charge, amazing people! I will definitely return to this hotel again!! Thanks to the great team and especially Anna
