The breakfast was delicious, a choice for every taste, both sweet and savory. Despite the photo on booking, the room is true to reality. Piazza San Marco is just one bridge away from the hotel. We were delighted

This is a delightful 3 star superior hotel which feels like a 4 star. There are no meal options but you can breakfast in one of Venice’s most famous caffè/pastry shops which is attached (full of locals!). Right in the middle of town but on a Calle so quiet you would never imagine being only a stone’s throw from St Mark’s and Rialto.

We loved the hotel with its old world charm and it’s quaint architecture with little steps in between the rooms on the same floor! The staff at the reception Stephanie and the others (whose name I didn’t get) were very sweet and helpful. So were Robert and the other room boys. Breakfast was good, but could be varied every day …I loved the little garden with a dock for the boats and the canal in front! The room, though a bit small, had everything in it -a wardrobe, kettle with coffee & tea, a good queen bed with comfy pillows & most importantly, an A/C that works! And could be adjusted by us according to our preference! The bathroom was too small but the shower area was good with a rain shower. Very good toiletries .The location was great.. just 2 mts walk to St Mark's square & surrounded by shops and eateries.

Expansive!

Expansive! There was some water in the Piazza which provided a beautiful reflection of the Basilica and tower. In the evening we enjoyed the live music provided by several of the restaurants along the perimeter.

A must see attraction when visiting Venice. If you are eating or drinking, it's best to go through the ally ways and two rows back, approx 100 yards. The prices can be 50% less and it only takes a minute to get back to the views.

If you are sitting at Florian or other high end cafe sit under the awing to avoid aggressive seagulls from snatching your food off the table like a scene out of Hitchcock's The Birds. Hordes of narcissists from every country in the world posing in the exact same way for their Instagram feeds cluttering the Piazza.

What a marvel...but...don't even think of eating/getting coffee here unless you understand: coffee is c. 10Euro...but walk thru, peak in the windows, stroll around listening to the music, feel the ambiance and then hit the narrow walkways for real food (read reviews...touristy places can have awful food...there are plenty of great restaurants if you search)

This hotel made a perfect base for a short break in Venice. It's in a side street literally about two minutes walk from Piazza San Marco so a really central and convenient location for walking around Venice. As a solo traveller I felt completely safe staying here. The room was on the small side but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety of cooked and cold options (and cake which was nice!). I loved Venice so will definitely be back and will stay at this hotel again

Very comfortable apartment situated on Giudecca island in 3 min from Hilton shuttle-boat to Piazza San Marco. We have not really used the kitchen. But it was well equipped. The owner's representative was always available on WhatsApp ready to help. He also gave us good recommendations for restaurants on island.

The location is amazing, really in the middle of the heart of the town, only a few steps away from Piazza San Marco and many other tourist attractions. A lot of authentic restaurants are very close to the hotel. The room we picked was really big and we felt like into a history movie, furniture, beds, wallpaper, and pictures, your kids can really play and imagine being princesses the whole stay here.

Big 3 bedroom apartment with kitchen and bathroom in excellent location - around 1-2 minutes walk from the Piazza San Marco. Great communication with the host, prior to arrival I received plenty of very useful information. Rooms are big and beds comfortable. Kitchen could be equipped a bit better but fine for a short stays. Plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes and water bus stop within very short walking distance.
