The reception staff is very helpful, particularly, Mr. Davide, I greatly appreciate his help. He was well organised, he knew the answer for every question and found a resolution for every sudden situation (e.g. an unexpected strike of public transport). The hotel was very convenient for me: quiet and cosy, I could really relax after my conference. The breakfast is not available in the hotel but guests are offered a coffee /tea, juice, fruit and small snacks in the morning. This information is provided along with booking, so I was not disappointed but satisfied with the morning coffee in the hotel.

The staff were absolutely lovely on every shift! Had plenty of great conversations with wonderful people, they give tips on the city, crack jokes, and tell fantastic stories. The location is really good, especially if you’re arriving late at night from the airport to Termini. The patio is enchanting, with palms, banana trees, and a view of an ancient aqueduct, and at night it’s just magical. The room was quiet and clean, with a comfy bed and plenty of pillows. And an elevator! Always nice not to drag a suitcase up the stairs 🙃

It is very clean, extremely friendly staff the receptionist was very kind and helpful I just felt like home.. the vending machine has coffee , hot chocolate and tea for free that’s a lovely touch from the owner
