It was an excellent stay. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Also, the hotel has great breakfast with excellent coffee. What is also great about the hotel is its location. It is located right next to the Uffizi gallery and the Vecchio bridge.

Our 3rd time there and still the best place in Florence. We love the rooms, the location, the people are always very nice and helpful. It's very well cleaned, comfy beds. The breakfast is not the biggest buffet out there, but given the little space they have, it's plenty enough. We'll be back.
