Great location. Duomo Square is a 20-minute walk. Also within walking distance of Centrale Train Station. The room is very clean. Comfortable bed and snow-white linen.Cleaning is daily.The room has good lighting and excellent internet. Wonderful staff, ready to help with any question. You can always make yourself a coffee in the lobby. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The area is pleasant and safe. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is fabulous..the staff were so friendly..and we flew ninto Linate..the Metro is a couple of stops and takes you right outside the door...the easiest transfer ever. The hotel is in a delightful neighbourhood close to all tourist attractions yet not overrun by tourists. It's perfect.

1. The lobby area is splendid, from the first moment you arrive in Milan the hotel helps you immerse in the elegant vibe of the city. 2. Staff was very polite and always helpful. I stayed at the hotel for my mother's birthday and they made sure to add beautiful notes in the hotel to make the stay even more memorable. We appreciated! 3. Breakfast was on point, you had all the fresh ingredients necessary to be full half of the day. 4. We had a room with garden view and it was very quiet. Also, during March the nights are still cold and even without any A/C the room had a very comfortable temperature for sleeping (20-22). 5. The bathroom is very spacious and has all the amenities necessary. 6. Location is indeed 5-7 minutes from Duomo and all the shopping area, very pleasant and close to everything. 7. Complimentary water is quite an amazing touch, it was very comfortable to not have to bother about this aspect of your stay. 8. One of the 3 nights we stayed we had a very nice turn down service (the atmosphere in the room was very cozy at our arrival from dinner) I would recommend and would definetly come back to this hotel when I will return to Milano, especially looking forward to see and use the pool they have on the rooftop.

The rooms and building is nice and cozy. The hotel is 3 minutes walk to the bus station / Bus 54 that brings you to Duomo. The staff is super friendly especially Claire at the reception and Alvin in the breakfast service. The breakfast is fantastic. Dogs are welcome in the hotel but not in the breakfast room and it makes sense. It is a small room. If you like to walk you can walk to the city center it is only a 30 minutes walk. We liked it.
