Good location, promenade walk around lake to centre of town. Close to train station (although 10 minute walk to hotel is on the road - no footpaths).
Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Dinner might seem expensive but good value for 4 courses.

Bed was comfortable and the room had a well stocked fridge and there was a lovely balcony overlooking the lake. Excellent rain shower in bathroom. Breakfast was an extensive buffet catering to many different preferences. The food was fresh and the service was good.

The location of the hotel is very strategic, there was a parking space, very nice restaurant within 2 minutes walk.

Great location, directly opposite the ferry terminal for boat trips to the islands. Old town and many restaurant options right next door. Fairly large room with a balcony and a gorgeous view of the lake. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast and coffee.

The hotel is in a beautiful location with views all around across the lake and picturesque town of Pallanza. The staff were charming and very helpful. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. The setting was peaceful and tranquil - just what we were looking for.
