Great design, exceptional terrace, very comfortable room with all the amenities you would expect. location is fine near metro and tram. Very courteous and helpful staff plus housekeeping twice daily. My room had a great city view. I liked the location near Sempiole park. The 12/14 tram goes to Duomo in 15 minutes and the no. 2 goes all the way to Porta Genova in maybe 25 minutes. Unfortunately we couldn’t stay longer. Many thanks to all of the staff who were most accommodating (and noticing it was my partner’s birthday), we will return.

Excellent customer service from check in to check out. Room was spacious, clean and comfy. Location is next to Moscova station and a breeze to travel to other places of attraction.

Hotel Rubens features a fitness centre and a wine bar. Gambara Metro Station is 100 metres away, and links to Piazza del Duomo square and Milan’s historic centre.

I loved everything about this place, but let me first discuss the staff. My wife and I stayed here for three days this past October and the staff quickly knew who we were and were available to meet any need we had whether it be at breakfast, during the aperitivo hour or storing our luggage while we waited for transportation to our next destination. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was tasty and generous, and the rooms exceeded my expectations for size and comfort.
