We arrived by car from the Bari airport at night. Check-in was easy and we parked the car in their underground parking (12€ per night). Our room was the perfect size for our family of 4 (with two kids aged 7&14). We were happy to have the pull out couch all made up for us upon arrival since we had a long travel day. The room was also very clean. There are about 3-4 restaurants right outside the hotel and of course the restaurant located in the hotel. The next morning, our breakfast was included in the hotel restaurant. It was a buffet with almost anything you can ask for: cheese, baked goods, fruit, coffee, tea, smoked salmon, deli meats, scrambled eggs etc etc. We were really impressed with the breakfast. Very happy to have stayed there and would recommend. We only stayed the one night so I cannot comment too much on the area as we did not have time to explore.

Everything went amazing. We got a perfect upgrade to a suite at no extra charge. The staff was very kind and professional and helpful with every question we had as tourist. The rooms were spacious and in excellent condition and very clean. The breakfast was amazing with tons of choices. Location was superb, in the city center close to everything.
