Great but inexpensive 4-star hotel close to airport. Spaceous rooms, clean and looks really good inside. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Tasty food on breakfast. rather inexpensive but high level restaurant services. professional tourist guide who knows how to get anything.

Everything about the hotel was amazing but the two managers went above and beyond to make my stay as amazing as possible. There were some issues with my booking the day before and was advised that my reservation was cancelled however, I spoke to the manager Likhil who was very helpful and apologetic about the situation. Likhil resolved the issue straight away and organised another reservation swiftly at the same price as the original booking. On the day of checking in, manager Ritesh took over brilliantly making sure our lunch was included as part of the package, he made sure we had no issues and got us checked in earlier than expected. A big thank you to Likhil and Ritesh who went out of their way to make sure my parents and I were satisfied. All staff members were very pleasant and welcoming but the way Likhil and Ritesh handled everything it was commendable. Radisson is for sure in good hands and would definitely come back again as well as recommend to friends and family.
