I stayed at this hotel for training and arrived two days early to explore Mumbai. My experience was truly unforgettable. As a solo traveler arriving at midnight, I appreciated the seamless airport pickup. Seeing the hotel staff waiting for me was a huge relief. The 40-minute ride allowed me to relax, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the 24th floor. The luxurious room instantly eased my travel fatigue. Housekeeping’s thoughtful touches—handwritten notes, bath salts, a dessert, and even a rose—made my stay extra special.
