Radisson Blu Mumbai International Airport hospitality was excellent, communication with staff was easy and their suggestions were spot on. The hotel is in the best possible location, it is very comfortable, while its aesthetics make it stand out. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

I recently stayed at the ICONIQA Hotel on a trip to Mumbai, simply because I wanted a change from my regular hotel. It turned out to be the best decision ever! The hotel is located just a stone’s throw away from the airport, making it extremely convenient to reach in just a few minutes. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was welcomed with genuine warmth, a friendly smile, and a soothing aroma that set the tone for my stay. Check-in was effortless and cheerful, and I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Superior Suite. The suite was spacious, tastefully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The complimentary minibar was the cherry on top! I dined at the hotel for three meals, and each one was outstanding. The breakfast selection was especially impressive — creative, varied, and beautifully presented. It was refreshing to see something different from the usual hotel fare. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting Shibani, the General Manager, and Neha, the Learning & Development Manager. Their passion for hospitality was evident in every interaction and reflected in the overall warmth of the staff.
